Experienced Dental Nurse
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Dental Nurse required in a friendly Dental Practice in North London. This position includes up to 3 days a week with an opportunity for more days in the near future. We are interested to hear from applicants who are caring, reliable, and hardworking and are keen to work as part of a successful team providing excellent care for our patients in modern surroundings.
Requirements: GDC registered, CQC and infection control knowledge, good team-player, excellent customer care, great communication skills, ability to work under pressure, positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. At least two years of dental nursing experience
Preferable: Exact (SOE) knowledge, good IT skills, ability to work on own initiative, to live locally (North London), flexible with time

Practice Business Manager
We are currently looking for a dental practice/business manager, for our practice in Hampstead. You must be flexible and a great communicator and ideally live locally. We are a mainly a private practice doing both general and cosmetic dentistry as well as working alongside specialists. The practice is well established in the Hampstead area and easy to reach from the Northern Line tube station. We have amazing patients and a great team to be a part of.
Here are some of the essential qualities required.
Great team leader and ability to work under pressure, enthusiastic and motivated, ability to work under own initiative, innovative, people oriented.
CQC: Thorough knowledge of fundamental standards and operate the practice in line with said standards, ensure all practice policies are in line with the current guidance.
Operational control: Ensure everything is serviced and maintained in line with current legislation, maintenance of equipment, repairs and utilities.
Financial control & business development: Liaising with accountants monthly, setting financial targets, create and implement business plans, create strategic objectives
HR: Manage all recruitment and selection procedures in line with current guidelines, build training and development for the team, create and maintain accurate CPD records for all team members, organize practice team meetings.
Marketing: Patient Journey process & procedures, deal with our website, social media, PPC, Digital E-Zine, events, offers, practice membership plan.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
